Delete your data

Use Delete data on the app's Finalize screen. It removes the current job's documents, extracted text, answers, processing cache and output record from the application. Download anything you need first. Saved links stop working after deletion.

The button asks for confirmation. If analysis is running, deletion becomes available when processing finishes. Deleting a job does not delete copies you have already downloaded.

Manage saved applications

Open My account to resume, rename or delete saved forms. Save Progress in Review links your current application to your account so you can return on another device.

Access your forms

Sign in with your account email to recover account-owned applications on another device. Applications that have not been linked to an account require the original browser's private access cookies. Clearing those cookies removes browser access without deleting the application.

Browser access cookies renew for one year when used. Your application data stays until deletion. Download copies of completed forms whenever you need them.

Cloud AI processing

When you enable cloud AI analysis, external AI services process document content or extracted information under their retention policies. Aideify keeps your workspace until you delete it.

Deleting a job removes its documents, answers and output from Aideify's application storage. Data held by a processing provider follows that provider's retention terms.

Usage and operational records

Deleting a job does not reset completion allowances or remove minimal usage and request-count records. The usage/request ledgers do not contain the uploaded documents or extracted answer text.
