Document handling and privacy
Aideify processes documents to propose form answers for your review. Jobs remain until you delete them; account and financial records have separate purposes described below.
Jobs remain until you delete them
Your form, source documents, extracted information, answers and output stay in your workspace until you delete the job. Use Delete data on Finalize to remove the current application.
Find saved applications in My account. Save Progress links your current application to your account for access on another device. Jobs that have not been linked to an account require their original browser access.
Processing your documents
Cloud AI analysis uses external AI services to process document content or extracted information when you enable it. Their retention policies apply to that processing. Aideify workspace storage follows an until-you-delete policy; provider-side retention is separate. Deleting a job removes its Aideify application data, while any provider-held data follows that provider's retention terms.
What is public
Examples on the website use fictional information. Your uploaded documents, answers and outputs are private to the owning browser or account. Download any copies you need before deleting a job. Deleting a job keeps your usage allowance and financial history intact.
Accounts, email and payments
Secure email links handle sign-in and email verification. Email identity, hashed access credentials, job ownership and completion allowances support account access and usage accounting. Email verification does not subscribe you to marketing.
Stripe processes card payments; Aideify stores payment references, prepaid balance and completion/refund accounting rather than card details. Deleting a job does not delete financial/usage records or reset allowances. Contact info@aideify.com for account or privacy questions.
Sign in to link your current form to your account and recover saved applications on another device. Sign out ends access through the current account session. Each application keeps its own source files and answers.
Support conversations and feedback
The optional support assistant processes the messages you type through our AI conversation service. It does not automatically receive uploaded documents, form answers or account records. Support conversations are also stored by that service; its retention is separate from local records. Do not send sensitive documents or sign-in links in chat.
Local support messages and feedback records are removed after 30 days by an hourly cleanup. Feedback can include the support conversation only when you choose to include it. An optional email is used for follow-up. Reports are saved in a private support queue and sent to the monitored team inbox; copies delivered by email remain there separately. Contact info@aideify.com with your report reference for a support-data deletion request. Deleting a form job does not delete separate support messages.
